Silvio Bilić graduated from the Academy of Arts at the University of Split under the tutelage of Prof. Maroje Brčić. During his studies, he won 30 first prizes in various international and national competitions as a soloist and a member of chamber ensembles, for which the Ministry of Education awarded him the Oscar of Knowledge several times. In 2022, he performed with the Symphony Orchestra of the Croatian National Theatre in Split under the direction of Prof. Hari Zlodre. In 2020, he was selected as one of the top 17 European young guitarists in the Eurostrings program sponsored by the EU, which awarded him a concert tour in the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. He participated in the premiere performance of the composition The Walls by composer Sergio Assad, conducted by maestro Prof. Christian Karlsen. In 2019 and 2021, he premiered works by composer Šimun-Čarli Botica dedicated to him as a performer: Two Impressions and Intermezzo and Prelude, Fugue, and Allegro. He received a special Rector's Award in 2020.
