His studies in London were made possible by the ABRSM organization as the best international candidate (regardless of instrument) in the audition for postgraduate studies. In September 2015, he completed his postgraduate specialist studies at the Academy of Music in Zagreb, where the main topic of his specialist work was the analysis of selected works by Croatian composers for guitar after 1970.
He has won the highest awards at almost all the most prestigious world competitions for classical guitar: "Francisco Tarrega" in Benicassim, "Michele Pittaluga" in Alessandria, "Fernando Sor" in Rome, "Julian Arcas" in Almeria, "Alhambra" in Valencia, "Gredos San Diego" in Madrid, "Maurizio Biasini" in Bologna. At these competitions, he also won numerous notable awards for the best interpretation of Spanish music. He has received almost all domestic awards for young artists; he is the winner of the "Ferdo Livadić" competition and the "Darko Lukić" Tribune, as well as the annual "Ivo Vuljević" award. He has performed as a soloist with the Zagreb Philharmonic, Split Chamber Orchestra, Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra, "Cantus" Ensemble, "Vivaldi" Orchestra from Alessandria, and the Valencia Opera Orchestra. He has given numerous solo recitals worldwide (in Madrid, Rome, Dublin, Copenhagen, Oslo, Cairo, New York, Chicago, Toronto, and Helsinki).
In March 2011, he recorded his first professional CD in London for the RTVE Música label of the Spanish state radio and television, and a year later, he recorded a CD for the renowned label Naxos, officially released in September 2012.
